UNISON’s Regional Training Programme
Now, more than ever, we need to continue to
improve our organisation through training representatives who are the
building blocks of our union in the workplace.
In this education programme
there are lots of opportunities for Stewards, Health and Safety and Union
Learning Representatives to be trained and complete their Passports to
support them in their roles. These
courses build the basis for effectively representing our members, showing
strength to employers and giving our members confidence that they are in
the best union in the country that will provide the best protection when
the going gets tough.
