Nottinghamshire Pride took place on Satirday 29th July. 6000 people attended the march, including group from the UNISON LGBT regional Self Organised Group. The stall was staffed with volunteers from the Nottingham City Branch SOG and straight allies. It was a well attended event where we spoke with so many people with a variety of issues. Many people didn't know what at TU was, or didn't know if they were in one. Lots of people were worried about how Brexit would affect them personally and one lovely man who was in his 60's who has never felt comfortable enough to be out in the work place. Lots of
recruitment took place including three into the Branch SOG.
